Second Opinion - ($100 per space) Second Opinion is a service for those who have narrowed down their ideas but need help making the final choices. Perhaps you have picked out a few tile choices and a few paint choices but can't decide which you think work best together. Or maybe you want a little help but do not have the budget for a full-service designer or decorator. Maybe you are a brilliant DIYer but you just want a little input!

This service is for YOU! We will meet for up to 45 minutes, and you will bring everything to the table. The paint swatches you like, flooring samples, wallpaper samples, tile samples, photos of potential furniture, etc. If the choice needs to made, it needs to be there! We will talk about the best options based on your choices and point you in the right direction to see your project through.

Please note, this service is not for someone who is just starting to think about a project and has not narrowed down their direction or ideas.

Walk & Talk Consultation, Occupied Home Staging - (starting at $300 for a two-hour consultation) A Walk & Talk consultation is a great option for sellers who will be living in their homes while it is on the market. The homeowner will take notes as we walk through the home and discuss changes that can be done to help your home sell for top dollar. We will talk about decluttering, depersonalizing, potential furniture arrangements, etc. with an end goal of helping buyers visualize themselves living in the home.
